Bowral and District Hospital Redevelopment

MBM were engaged as managers throughout the planning and delivery phases of the Bowral and District Hospital Redevelopment.

The previous public hospital facility was comprised of several buildings of various ages and significance. The redevelopment provides the community with a combined facility to better integrate diverse clinical service facilities. The result will enable coordinated, efficient, and effective care while preserving areas of the site which have historical significance.

MBM were engaged as cost managers through the planning and delivery phases. Our services included cost planning and estimating through the detailed design and construction documentation phases, value engineering, procurement strategy advice, progress valuations, variation assessment, and final account negotiation.
