Executive Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth MBM is currently seeking an Executive or Associate Quantity Surveyor for our Adelaide office with the following core qualities and skills

• Managing and overseeing multiple client engagements
• Sector experience in Education, Health, Hospitals, Universities, etc
• Ensuring the profitability of engagements undertaken by your team
• Manage circa $500k – $1million worth of projects
• Undertaking Business Development activities including preparing fee proposals
• Ensuring that all work is correctly invoiced, and all Aged Receivables are proactively managed
• Previous experience that shows capability to immediately start work on projects, including Government panel requirements
• Must be motivated to build a practice and work to establish MBM in Adelaide
• Representing and promoting MBM in the market
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, experience with business development and team management

This is an opportunity to lead and grow our Quantity Surveyor division in Adelaide with the support of the MBM national network.
