Throughout his 6-year quantity surveying career, Jordan’s dedication to excellence for clients, colleagues, and young professionals has shaped his reputation as a proactive leader in the field. Jordan holds advanced technical expertise across all aspects of quantity surveying and specialises in collating and providing the most accurate market data to inform long-term asset maintenance cost planning.
Jordan drives MBM’s success across diverse developments in the residential, education, correctional, and commercial sectors. His keen interest in construction technologies, particularly Building Information Modelling (BIM), drives his aspiration to modernise and optimise quantity surveying practices for enhanced project outcomes.
Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). In addition to his role as a Lecturer at the institution, Jordan is pursuing a Master of Property Development and was recently admitted as Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) with Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) designation.
