Chathu is a Senior Quantity Surveyor shaping the future of infrastructure in Queensland. With over 11 years of international experience and advanced qualifications, including a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Chathu has played an essential role in the success of infrastructure developments, including projects exceeding $1.1B.  

Chathu holds diverse membership across tiers with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and the Society of Construction Law.

Daniel is a shaping property and construction through his dedication to the success of MBM’s institutional developer clients as a Tax Quantity Surveyor. Since childhood, Daniel was inspired to create spaces that cultivate architectural brilliance and serve as catalysts for thriving hubs. Daniel’s innovations in cost replacement assessments have uplifted he quality of tax and asset services across MBM’s national team. 

In 2024, Daniel was recognised as a finalist in the Property Council of Australia’s Rising Star award at the inaugural Queensland event. Daniel is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and has volunteered his time to support several milestone initiatives for the Property Industry Foundation (PIF).

Kenny is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an accredited professional with the Green Star Building Council of South Africa (GSBSA). Kenny was also nominated as a Gold Medal finalist by the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS).

Laura shapes the success of MBM’s Western Australian projects through her expertise in facilities management (FM) model development and strategic asset management planning. Laura’s exceptional leadership has resulted in MBM’s first permanent office space in Western Australia, inaugural Perth client party in 2024, and has set the firm’s sights on further expansions in 2025. Her contributions and dedication have solidified MBM’s presence on the West Coast.

Laura further contributed to the industry through her role on the National Association of Women in Construction’s (NAWIC) WA Education Committee, the Asset Management Council’s (AMC) Young Asset Management Practitioners (YAMP) Committee, and as a Member of the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA).
