The 13th Annual PWI Rail Industry Golf Classic was held on Friday 11th March 2016 with participants from the rail and broader engineering community in attendance.

MBM sponsored the 16th hole nearest the pin competition which was taken out by Malcom Gerrish (A Grade) and Malcom Kerr (B Grade).

Not to be outdone MBM were represented on the day by the quartet of Mike O’Shea (committee member of the permanent way institute and MBM’s head of infrastructure services), Paul Janes, Stephen Flynn and Justin Noakes who were lucky enough to win the drive and pitch event on the 5th hole. Paul Janes also won the longest drive on the 5th hole.

A great day was had by all and we thank the PWI for the opportunity to sponsor the event. The next PWI Golf Classic will be held on the 10th March 2017 at the Bankstown Golf Club.
