Gabi Davies

Gabi is a Chartered Surveyor and a trusted Executive Building Consultant who provides property guidance for clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Gabi’s life-long passion for the built environment led her to enter the construction industry in high school. She began her career as a Building Surveyor with Grosvenor Estates in London before her transition to KPMG in Sydney. Gabi now works alongside Director Alan Stewart to deliver strategic, technical, and commercial guidance to national clients throughout the asset lifecycle.

Gabi’s expertise guides clients’ high-stakes decisions for major public and private sector asset portfolios. She supports property transactions and client engagements across New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia, Victoria, and the Northern Territory. Her knowledge includes building surveying, technical due diligence, project management, make goods, schedules of condition, in addition to lifecycle analysis and forecasts.

Gabi graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moore’s University. In 2025, she successfully completed the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and attained her MRICS Building Surveying accreditation.
