Laura provides strategic asset management solutions to maximise property and portfolio efficiencies as MBM’s lead Executive Project Advisor in Perth. 

With over 8 years of experience, Laura leads Western Australian and national project utilising her project management expertise from engagements across London, Sydney, and Perth.  Laura provides tailored strategic asset management advice from inception to the implementation phase across the scale of facilities and management services. Her technical specialisations include asset and facilities management reviews, strategic asset management, maturity assessments, and project management. 

During her tenure at MBM, Laura has provided invaluable solutions to her clients that allow for precise monitoring and optimisation of critical assets. Laura worked extensively across the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system rollout for significant asset portfolios, public private partnerships (PPPs), and the public sector. She has contributed to major projects for the National Gallery of Australia, National Library of Australia, Sydney Opera House, and Seqwater. 

Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Coventry University. She supports the ongoing development of the facilities and asset management profession as a member of the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA). Additionally, Laura contributes to the progression of the Australian construction industry as a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and a committee member of the Young Asset Management Practitioner (YAMP).
