Shaun is an Executive Quantity Surveyor who brings eight years of experience in the construction industry with engagements across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Shaun provides clients with strategic cost guidance on developments of all scales. His technical capabilities include cost planning, contract administration, risk assessments, and expert witness reports. Shaun’s cross-sector focus sees him drive the success of projects in health, education, residential, commercial, aged care, industrial, retail, and sports and leisure.
Shaun has supported several major public and private sector initiatives such as the Victorian Health Building Authority’s (VHBA) Austin Hospital Emergency Department Stabilisation, the Victorian School Building Authority’s New School’s 2022 Program, and Development Victoria’s Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention & Event Centre (GCEC). Notably, Shaun was commended as part of MBM’s VIC Quantity Surveying Team for their work on the VHBA’s Community Hospitals Program and named the Property Council of Victoria’s 2025 Quantity Surveying Team of the Year.
Shaun completed a Diploma of Building and Construction prior to his graduation with a Bachelor of Project Management (Honours) from RMIT University.
