Demolition of existing structures, construction of new 4.5 Star Hotel (156 rooms), structural strengthening works to B1, B2 & B3 and masterplan design scope (including retail, gym, restaurant/bar, kindergarten, office, landscaped plaza and the refurbishment to ground floor lobbies to tower 1 and 2).

The proposed building houses a 24/7 Control Room supported by various network operations, support office and generic office accommodation. The control room is highly critical to the operations of the rail network; hence it is classified as “Critical Infrastructure” with high levels of redundancy. The facility is expected to remain operational in emergency situations

Full quantity surveying services including cost planning, DA estimate, bill of quantity, pre-tender estimate and tender review were provided by MBM.
