Woods Bagot were commissioned by University of Queensland (UQ) to undertake a Feasibility Study on a particular set of residential and multi-residential assets, adjacent to the St Lucia campus. The Feasibility Study was comprised of two tasks:
Task 01: A theme to each cottage and element of continuity for the street (e.g. Naming cottages after particular alumni, entry portals that tie the precinct together etc).
Task 02: Feasibility study for what we could get on the Dell Lodge site (demolition) under existing planning scheme (no impact assessment) Premium long term 2 & 3 bed apartments for DINKS academics.
Focused on the following properties :
- Hawken Drive, St Lucia
- 6 Dell Road (Dell Lodge)
- 8 Dell Road
- 12 Dell Road
We provided QS cost advice during the feasibility study on the 4 property options listed above. As well as cost advice for the final options.
