Ujwal established himself as a principal in the asset management sector following completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Bachelor of Finance (Honours), Certified Senior Practitioner in Asset Management, Chartered Professional Engineer (Asset Management), and a Master of Corporate Real Estate. A dynamic advisor, Ujwal utilises his holistic expertise to create solutions for clients across the scale of challenges in asset, facilities, and property management. He specialises in the delivery of property asset and facilities strategy consulting including the review of asset frameworks, public private partnerships concessions, and operational agreements.
Ujwal prioritises the continuous evolution of the asset management industry as demonstrated by his extensive engagements and memberships across key bodies. He frequently presents at conferences on asset and facilities management in addition to his role as a guest lecturer at the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Facilities Management Association, Asset Management Council, Engineers Australia, CoreNet Australia, Association for Tertiary Education Management, Institute of Asset Management, Australian Property Institute, and the Australian Housing Institute.
Ujwal’s current focus pertains to projects in the government sector. He is maximising operational, contractual, and financial efficiencies for major clients including the National Gallery of Australia, University of Sydney, and ICC Sydney.
