Andrew is an Associate Director leading MBM’s Canberra presence through more than 30 years of experience in milestone national projects.
Following the completion of his Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics (Honours), and Bachelor of Laws, Andrew has solidified his status as a key contributor to major government, defence, aviation, commercial, and residential projects. Andrew’s versatile proficiencies in quantity surveying and advisory services – including cost management, cost planning, life cycle costing, whole of life costs, and economic life analysis – support his adaptability across project scopes and construction phases.
Andrew’s dedication to the public sector continuously drives successful outcomes for nationally significant government projects. Andrew spearheads the effective cost management of high-complexity developments with past projects including the National Film and Sound Archive, Sydney Metro Project, Perth Airport Domestic Terminal, and Cairns International Airport.
Andrew is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and a lecturer in estimating and measurement at the University of Canberra. He specialises in life cycle costing, probabilistic estimating and government projects.
