Matthew Walsh

Matthew is an Associate Director specialising in the delivery of successful health and education projects.

With an extensive 25-year tenure in the construction industry and quantity surveying consultancy, Matthew brings broad expertise from high-level masterplanning through to detailed technical core measurement, and cost control throughout construction phases. Matthew’s proficiencies inform his extensive sector knowledge with specialisations in the education and health industries. He has taken the role of project lead on varied developments and utilised his strategic insights to cultivate successful executions.

Matthew navigates complex project structures, offers invaluable expertise, and ensures strong attention to detail in the delivery of quantity surveying services. His versatile skillset and leadership acumen position him as a trusted expert. He drives projects to success while ensuring budgetary requirements are met without compromising quality or efficiency.

Matthew completed an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building and Construction), a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management – Economics (First Class Honours) and is an Associate within the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AAIQS).
