Chanel is an accomplished Associate Quantity Surveyor who leads major government health projects at MBM.
Chanel’s tenure, characterised by excellence in steering Health Infrastructure Projects, has solidified her status as a young leader in the construction industry. She consistently achieves ambitious project milestones on intricately complex projects using a comprehensive approach that encompasses stakeholder engagement, cost management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Chanel continues to be acknowledged formally for her achievements and contributions to the construction sector. She was most recently awarded the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Young Achiever of the Year award in 2022. The accolade recognised her instrumental role in the $1B redevelopment of the Nepean Hospital and validates her outstanding impact on the building industry at a young age.
Chanel completed a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology in 2016 and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
