Charmaine is a versed Executive Quantity Surveyor with 15 years of construction industry engagement across Australia and the Philippines.

Charmaine brings invaluable knowledge to major civil and industrial projects and has guided several expansive developments across the justice and corrections, health, education, industrial, commercial, sports and leisure sectors. Charmaine’s expertly applies her breadth of experience and expertise to deliver impactful projects within New South Wales with clients such as School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW), Health Infrastructure New South Wales (HINSW), the City of Sydney, and Sydney Water.  

Charmaine’s commitment to professional development and knowledge expansion has led to her extensive educational endeavours. Charmaine holds diplomas in quantity surveying and building studies, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, and achieved her Master of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Additionally, she is a is an Affiliate of the Institute of Engineers Australia (IEA).
