Mohammad is a highly motivated, self-driven, and resourceful Executive Quantity Surveyor with 8 years of experience within the national construction industry.

Mohammad joined MBM as a Cadet in 2016 and quickly progressed to the executive level through his cross-sector specialisations. Throughout his tenure, Mohammad has expanded his expertise in public and private industries from health, to residential, and education. Mohammad leads expert witness projects in MBM’s Parramatta office and contributes to developments across New South Wales. 

Mohammad’s technical proficiencies include defect rectification, contract disputes, cost to completes, and insurance claims. Mohammad has earned an esteemed professional reputation throughout key industry sectors based on his experience providing clients with precise cost plans, reports, and pre and post contract advice.    

Mohammad graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales. He is skilled in the management of all project aspects, utilises his strong people skills to communicate effectively, imparts knowledge and ideas, and builds strong, enduring relationships with clients all stakeholders.
