Toyota Australia Office and Showroom Fitout

MBM supported Toyota Australia on its relocation to a new headquarters in Sydney Olympic Park.

In alignment with the strategic vision of One Toyota, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia’s ERO (TMCA) relocated to join forces within a single facility in Sydney Olympic Park.

The project included the construction of a car showroom in addition to a high-end office fitout. Located on the ground floor, the showroom consists of a 160-person auditorium with operable walls to open up the entire space and double-height ceiling with entry from the street level for car access. External works were required to modify the curtain walls façade.

MBM provided full quantity surveying services inclusive of a tax depreciation schedule and an asset register.
