Eugene Kim

Eugene plays a key role in the delivery of MBM’s expert witness services as a reputable Executive Quantity Surveyor.

Based in MBM’s Parramatta office, Eugene is a goal-oriented cost manager committed to service excellence and the achievement of project objectives. During his five year tenure at MBM, he has developed a deep understanding of the construction industry and provides expert advice on diverse areas of cost planning. 

Eugene’s key technical skillset includes cost management, pre/post contract administration, expert witness assessments, and risk management. He contributes to client solutions across the spectrum of MBM’s industry sectors with a primary focus on residential, remediation, education, expert witness, industrial, and hospitality projects.

Eugene graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). His stellar academic performance led to his receipt of the Dean’s Merit Award in both 2018 and 2020.
