Mount Gravatt State High School New Learning Centre

The Mount Gravatt local area has experienced significant growth in the school-aged population and Mount Gravatt State High School required additional facilities to continue to meet their enrolment demand.

The Education Department funded the construction of the new 2 storey Learning Centre which includes 2 new classrooms, a dance studio, storage spaces, costume store, staff preparation room, data room, under croft area, disability parking and a covered link access from the new building to the spine of the School. MBM prepared a schematic design cost plan, pre-tender estimate, tender evaluation report and provided recommendations and monthly cost reports.
