MBM prepared a detailed Make Good Assessment report in accordance with the RICS Best Practice Note in relation to Schedules of Make Good Works.
We reviewed all documentation made available to us by Julian Perry, COO in connection with the current tenancy, including :
- Lease agreement;
- Licences associated with the tenant’s occupation of the premises;
- Existing Schedules of Condition, floor or NLA plans, or other evidence of the configuration and condition of the premises at lease commencement;
- Other relevant documentation deemed necessary;
- Undertake a comprehensive review of the tenancy including installed services and fit out provision throughout the facility;
We reviewed, comment and analyse the Landlord’s Schedule of Make Good undertaken by others and attended Make Good negotiations with the Lessee and Landlord with a view to agreeing a cash settlement.
Project size: 1,500m2 of A-Grade Office Tenancy over 3 levels.
Client Testimonial
FB Rice engaged MBM to advise on make good negotiations. Alan Stewart provided relevant, concise and most importantly commercial advice in a short time frame. He remained every available to advise as negotiations progressed to what became a very satisfactory outcome. I have also retained MBM to assist with asset depreciation analysis, again receiving the timely, professional advice I sought. I will always engage MBM in the future.
