Due to the continued growth of our Sydney office, we are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. This is a busy and fast paced role that will require prioritising requests to ensure all tasks are completed by their deadlines. Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, the successful candidate will work provide support to various revenue hubs within the company.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Sales invoicing and credit note production, including ensuring completeness of all information on documents
  • Investigation of issues and discrepancies
  • Actioning correcting and reissuing of invoices as required
  • Work closely with National Credit Manager in undertaking tasks
  • Assisting with general client queries regarding AR and invoices made by phone and via email
  • Assisting with producing reports for management
  • Providing backup to other team managers in other functions as required
  • Tasks as directed by the Executive Manager Finance and Hub Leaders

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar is required
  • High level of personal organisation, flexibility and time management
  • A problem solver who has strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
