Due to the continued growth of our Brisbane office, we are currently seeking an Administrator Bidding to join our team. This is a busy and fast paced role that will require prioritising requests to ensure all tasks are completed by their deadlines. Reporting to the Head of Bidding and QLD Office Manager , the successful candidate will work provide support to various hubs within the company.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Providing all round support to the Bid team in writing, editing and reviewing tender reports and fee proposals, and updating previously written content
  • Managing multiple tasks at any given time, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring the final submission of high-quality bid documents.
  • Sourcing and compiling company content as well as review and format tender documents ensuring accuracy and strong brand compliance.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good drafting, proofing and editing skills
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position would be advantageous, training will be provided
  • A mature attitude, fast learner and proactive
  • Strong organisational skills and time management capabilities, being able to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent personal skills, well-spoken and presentable
  • Ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate initiative
