Due to continued growth, of our Sydney office, we are currently seeking an Administrator who has love for math and analytical mindset. This is a busy and fast paced role that will require prioritising requests to ensure all tasks are completed by their deadlines. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the successful candidate will work with all areas of the business, with opportunities to grow and develop in the role.

Administrative requests may include, but are not limited to:

  • Formatting and proof reading of documents as required by the Hubs
  • Assisting with variation calculations
  • Data entry of project information
  • Downloading and printing project documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Directors as necessary
  • Booking travel and providing administrative support for the Directors
  • Management of expenses including expense reconciliation
  • Work closely with the Administration team to maintain the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Provide administrative assistance to all areas of the business as and when required
  • Preparation of presentations, submissions and other administrative tasks as required
  • Cover the reception desk when required

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Advanced/Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good drafting, proofing and editing skills
  • An analytical approach towards problem solving
  • Strong organisational skills and time management capabilities, being able to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent personal skills, well-spoken and presentable
  • Ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate initiative
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position would be advantageous, training will be provided
  • A mature attitude, fast learner and proactive
