MBM were engaged by Charter Hall to assist with post development activities, for some of our recently constructed industrial sites at various locations in QLD, and Victoria. MBM’s services entailed producing defect and condition reports, maintenance schedules, and asset depreciation analysis. The reports produced by MBM were thorough, clearly outlining any associated follow up tasks and status, allowing us to drive the asset stabilisation process with confidence. MBM’s deliverables exceeded our expectations; I would not hesitate in engaging MBM again in the future.
