Executive Quantity Surveyor

Due to the continued growth of our Brisbane office, we are currently seeking an Executive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is a busy and fast paced role that will require prioritising requests to ensure all tasks are completed by their deadlines.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing multiple client engagements
• Sector experience in Education, Health, Hospitals, Universities, etc
• Ensuring the profitability of engagements undertaken by your team
• Manage circa $500k – $1million worth of projects
• Undertaking Business Development activities including preparing fee proposals
• Ensuring that all work is correctly invoiced, and all Aged Receivables are proactively managed
• Previous experience that shows capability to immediately start work on projects, including Government panel requirements
• Representing and promoting MBM in the market
