Overview
MBM is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing & Client Relationship Advisor to enhance our client engagement and business development efforts across Victoria. This role focuses on expanding MBM’s presence among consultants and private sector clients, strengthening relationships, and elevating tender submissions through strategic input.
The successful candidate will work closely with project leaders, the VIC office, and the national marketing team to implement effective engagement strategies, foster long-term client partnerships, and ensure MBM’s position as a leader in the property and construction sectors.

- Client Relationship Management: Strong expertise in building, nurturing, and managing client relationships with a focus on engagement and retention.
- Business Development: Proven ability to identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities through networking and strategic initiatives.
- CRM Expertise: Proficient in managing CRM systems, analysing data, and leveraging insights to inform and execute marketing strategies.
- Tender Preparation: Skilled in preparing high-quality tenders and crafting tailored, compelling content to align with client needs and market demands.
- Organisational Abilities: Exceptional project management and organisational skills, ensuring efficiency across multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain professionalism across all interactions.
Experience:
- Industry Expertise: A strong and proven track record within the property and construction sectors, particularly focused on the Victorian market, is a critical requirement.
- Bid and Tender Processes: Practical experience in preparing, submitting, and optimising tender strategies based on market insights and feedback is a valuable asset.
- Marketing Initiatives: Foundational experience in planning and delivering marketing initiatives that drive engagement and align with company objectives.
- Event Coordination: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support client engagement events, including networking functions and industry-specific initiatives.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and industry partners.
