With international construction industry experience, Joe optimises the cost efficiency of deliverables within strict budgets. His engagement across projects of all scales enables him to adeptly manage timeframes throughout diverse stages and lifecycles.

Joe’s technical skillset extends to all aspects of pre and post contract construction, including feasibility studies, cost planning, Bill of Quantities (BQ), pre, tender estimates, tender analysis and negotiation, cost reporting, final accounts, and post, contract administration.

Joe completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of West England and is a Student Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
