William Yeung

A seasoned Executive Quantity Surveyor, William brings over 40 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry with exposure to commercial, industrial, residential, and civil engineering projects in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Williams’s experience encompasses a wide range of quantity surveying specialisations including cost planning and estimating, preparation of bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates, contract documentation, contract administration, project cost management, and project control. William works diligently to apply to ensure every project he works on results in low cost, high client value, and overall budget efficiency.  

William contributes to the success of projects across sectors and holds a reputation as a leader in the management of expert witness cases. He leverages an extensive career in the international construction industry to provide high-quality guidance to clients across the scale of developments, and his professional engagements include the National Gallery of Australia, Sydney Olympic Park, Concord Hospital, and a portfolio of Coles Supermarket locations.  

William graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Building Construction Economics and is an Affiliate Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
