With 25 years of industry experience, Xan guides MBM’s Western Sydney team and contributes to the development of Western Sydney through cost leadership on major projects. Known for his high level of personal oversight, Xan flexibly navigates changing scopes, evolving requirements, and unforeseen challenges. Xan’s experience extends throughout the scale of the public and private sectors.
His technical proficiencies include all aspects of quantity surveying service delivery, from inception and feasibility studies through to negotiation and the settlement of final accounts. He has an in depth understanding of the practical application of contractual requirements.
