1 Martin Place is an A-Grade office that Macquarie has tenanted since 2005. This project consists of fitting of 7 office levels whilst Macquarie remain in tenancy. The project also included the insertion of an internal stair connecting all levels as well as a substantial amount of state of the art training spaces. This workplace strategy is Activity Based with substantial collaborative areas including a central cafe.
MBM has worked with the Project Manager and Macquarie since commencement, managing the cost planning processes, including; progress claims and also provided with tax and asset services.
