The project included the complete refurbishment of and existing commercial office building in Brisbane including extensive electrical, mechanical and vertical transportation works to achieve desirable Nabers ratings. Facades and ground floor lift lobbies underwent extensive refurbishment and re purposing.

Completion and management (post construction/defects liability period).The renovation of the existing building took place while still occupied by Energex including their control room and main distribution transformer located on the lower floors of the building. Forward resolution and ordering of the lift components allowed the tight programme to be met, which was further put under stain by the integrated fitout to the majority of the floors. The building was sold during the renovation and MBM played a pivotal role in ensuring all parties were equally represented and acted for both parties to ensure this.
