MBM worked directly with the client Daisho, in assessing design viability and procurement of consultants. MBM was instrumental during the concept and design phases culminating in tender procurement on a D&C basis.
MBM provided contract quantity surveying roles throughout the project including defects liability and tax depreciation services.
By working closely with the client through every stage of the project, MBM was able to provide maximisation of value on the project, driving maximum returns for Daisho.
Although the site was intricated due to working over two rail tunnels and in a constricted site, the project was delivered within budget constraints and on time.
