This comprised of cost plans, pre-tender estimates, project risks analysis, value engineering, managing contractor tender review, trade packages review, monthly cost reports and cashflows, monthly progress claims, variations assessment, tax depreciation schedule and asset retirement obligation report.

The project includes the delivery of office fitouts to Level 1 and Level 6-13 of the new commercial tower at 555 Collins St Melbourne.
