MBM’s Building Consultancy team (Alan Stewart, Senior Building Surveyor) provided Acquisition Technical Due Diligence reporting on two Quest Serviced Apartment Properties comprising: Document and Lease Review, Building Structure and Fabric, Building Services, Vertical Transportation, BCA Compliance and 10 Year CAPEX Plan. MBM’s Tax team also provided depreciation reports on both assets.

Mitigate the risks associated with the purchase by identifying and analysing the physical condition of the buildings and potential costs from a rigorous technical viewpoint. Provides client with a strong position to negotiate on price, set budget forecast and ultimately to mitigate technical risk on the acquisition.
