The fitout delivers a new consolidated ‘inspired’ workspace of approximately 8,000m² over floors 12 to 18 (700 to 800 work points) consisting of a diverse and future-proof collaborative workplace that will align with the longevity of the commercial requirements and that is a technological advanced smart solution for AWP.

The project consolidates all of AWP’s staff in one location with alignment of business units within the space and consolidates the touch points between the various portions of the business. Full Quantity Surveying services for the fitout of levels 12 – 18, 310 Ann Street. schematic design, design development, tender documentation, construction documentation, tax depreciation schedules, variations and progress claims were provided by MBM.
