MBM provided a make good cost estimate for the 2 East Circular Quay site in addition to cost planning services for the Platypus Submarine School fitout.

MBM supported the Australian Chamber Orchestra on its relocation to a new premises on the North Sydney foreshore. The full scope of our team’s services included the initial and amended cost plan for the Submarine School and Retort House fitout; a full pre-tender estimate of the tender package for a Design & Construct (D&C) fitout contract with an approved concept design; tender reviews through the preparation of all required tender schedules with cost breakdowns for inclusion in the tender package; the assessment of all cost-related tender submissions with a draft summary report including points for clarification and final assessment of tenders for the Tender Committee; and, post-contract advice through progress claims, variation assessments, monthly cost reporting and cashflow, and site inspections.
