Campbelltown City Council – Asset Management Review and Assessment

Campbelltown City Council engaged MBM for the provision of strategic asset management consulting services.

The project included strategic roadmaps for each asset portfolio, outlining actions for Council to address gaps and constraints and opportunities for improvement in order to bridge any gaps in current AM practices.

MBM’s engagement on the project encompassed a comprehensive suite of services that began with identifying key issues and conducting a thorough literature review to integrate current asset management planning and management approaches. The team engaged in extensive stakeholder consultations through strategic and tactical workshops, which informed a detailed gap analysis and maturity assessment aligned with industry standards like ISO55001 and IIMM. The findings were synthesized into strategic roadmaps for each asset portfolio, outlining actionable steps to address identified gaps and constraints for review by the Council, ensuring tailored and effective asset management strategies.
