MBM assisted with the renewal of the next generation of asset maintenance support contracts providing for the maintenance and upkeep of SGCH’s portfolio of housing assets.
MBM provided a thorough review and update of its commercial and service delivery models, including the rates based pricing mechanism – a key input into the operation of asset maintenance support contracts. Key outcomes from this engagement included a review and update of Schedule of Rates (SOR) unit pricing to ensure unit rates remained consistent with current market values; a review and update of contract framework and documentation; provision of assistance through the market engagement, and evaluation in the capacity of subject matter expert to the evaluation team.
