Goulburn Academy Towers Refurbishment

MBM is engaged by Spotless / Downer on behalf of the NSW Police Property Group to provide quantity surveying services for the proposed refurbishment works to students and executives’ accommodation Tower’s 1-8 at the NSW Police Force Academy in Goulburn.

The NSW Police Force is completing a comprehensive refurbishment of the Academy Cadet Accommodation in Goulburn. The project includes services upgrades to existing areas; the refurbishment of student accommodation, amenities, corridors, and communications rooms; the replacement of all windows and roof finishes on existing towers; minor demolition, alterations, alongside new joinery, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

MBM provided tender assessments, contractor procurement advice, cost planning, construction administration, and value management services for the works on buildings 1 to 8.
