Griffin State School is expanding its school facilities to accommodate future students in the increasingly growing Queensland community.

The school opened in 2016 with 260 students and has already grown to have 850 children enrolled. Extra capacity was required to allow the school to service the educational requirements of this growing community. Griffin State School project included the construction of 3 new 2 storey general learning blocks comprising of 30 classrooms, staff rooms, amenities, sporting courts, playground, landscaped areas, undercover carpark and an open carpark.

We provided the full suite of Quantity Surveying services all-encompassing preparation of initial concept cost plan, design cost options, design development cost plan, pre-tender estimate, benchmark report, tender review & comparisons, monthly cost reports and cashflows, variation assessments, progress payment review and recommendations.
