For insurance purposes, MBM has been engaged by Mulpha Australia Limited to determine the likely cost of replacement in the event of the complete destruction of existing buildings, landscaping, infrastructure and port.

The works include detailed analysis of the site including reviewing logistics and accessibilities from visual inspection, cost plan preparation with construction cost escalation forecast, and estimation of demolition and re-construction periods.
