MBM originally completed detailed inspections, including measurement and pricing of all assets to calculate the replacement cost and depreciation of each building.
Annually MBM revise the replacement cost for each building as well as adjusting the annual depreciation claims to allow for additional capex, new developments, acquisitions, write-offs and disposals. MBM works closely with the ISPT management team to maintain accurate live data. MBM provide detailed asset register based tax depreciation schedules and replacement cost assessments for 127 office and retail buildings in the ISPT portfolio.
