Lloyd Robson Oval is the prime Rugby League venue in PNG, and one of the stadiums used for the 2015 South Pacific Games. The project included Lot 1 & 2 of the overall site, including stadium, grounds and carpark.

Stage 1: Relocation of the pitch and partially complete the stadium to accommodate approximately 15,000 spectators, completed in time for the 2015 South Pacific Games.Future Stages: Complete the stadium with the ability to accommodate 25,000 spectators.Procurement advice provided to enable the fast-track approach required to meet completion deadlines.Prepare a Masterplanning budget and delivery sequencing for the proposed stadium in Port Moresby for Board approval and continuation to the next phase.

Prepare detailed costs plans for the proposed development including phase allocation and value division and stagingCost plans were prepared with the specific intent to determine the best solution to deliver the maximum accommodation for the initial budget allowance while ensuring constructability and minimum disruption for during the delivery of the future phases. Tight programme and timelines were examined in ord er to deliver the stadium for the Pacific Games event. MBM provided full Masterplanning services.
