The school opened 1972 as the Woodridge Opportunity School.

Its name later changed to Woodridge Special School and in 1997 was renamed as Logan City Special School in order to recognise that the students came from the whole of Logan City, not only the Woodridge area. Logan City Special school is a Prep – Year 12 and ECDP campus that caters for children with disabilities.

The Logan City Special School Additional Accommodation project includes the construction of a new 8 spaces multi storey learning centre, under-croft space for 4 future spaces, new multi-purpose court, new covered link and ramp. We are providing the full suite of Quantity Surveying services all-encompassing preparation of initial elemental cost plan, design cost options, monthly accrued cashflow, design development cost plan, tender stage cost plan summary & benchmark report, tender review & comparisons, variation assessments, progress payment certification analysis and recommendations.
