Make Good Assessment

MBM’s Building Consultancy team (Alan Stewart, Senior Building Surveyor) provided a Make Good Assessment report on a western Sydney

Industrial manufacturing and warehousing site comprising: document and lease review, site inspection and detailed Make Good Assessment identifying the tenant’s obligations under the Lease covenants together with a costed Schedule of Work. MBM’s Tax & Asset team also provided an Asset Register and depreciation report. Allow to Landlord to make informed decisions in regards to the impending Lease expiry and magnitude of make good works required.
