Modular Schools Program

Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is undertaking a pilot program to develop off-site construction methodologies for the delivery of permanent,future focussed facilities and learning spaces in schools across NSW.

The pilot aims to test sustainable, innovative building solutions to respond to enrolment demand, better utilise limited land supply, and meet changing educational classroom requirements. Off-site construction methodologies, also known as modular or pre-fabricated construction, is being employed in order to meet pressurised programs and cost budgets.

MBM was selected due to unique experience in prefabrication in Australia. Estimates to tender analysis shows 99% accuracy (to date). MBM are undertaking feasibility (business case) to handover cost management including feasibility, business case, estimating, tender analysis and contract administration.
