Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1

The NSW Government is undertaking a major expansion and upgrade of Nepean Hospital and community-based services.

Nepean Redevelopment Stage 1 includes a new 14-storey hospital tower for an emergency department, operating theatres, birthing suites, neonatal intensive care unit and in-patient units. MBM has worked collaboratively with the client and project team to develop multiple options for consideration that focus on delivering priority services but also act as enablers for future stages to future proof the site. MBM has to date provided Cost Planning, Cost Reporting, Cashflow Forecast, Pre Tender Estimates, BoQ, ECI Tender Review and Negotiation services for the Main Tower Building, and post contract services including variation and progress claim assessment for Enabling Works Construction Management Packages. The next phase is finalizing the GC21 tender price for the Main Tower Building.
