The project encompassed provision of new social housing dwellings in NSW metro/non-metro areas together with the associated facilities and tenancy management activities.
Under the NSW Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) Project successful providers have delivered/are delivering 2,200 additional social and affordable homes over 25 years and services including access to accommodation, asset management and tenancy management services, tailored support services for each household member, performance and data reporting.
MBM worked with several organisations during bid phase providing D&C, Asset Management and Tenancy Management DD services. MBM conducted due diligence on the tenancy management costs and resources, benchmark costing and provided commentary on project risks associated with the D&C Phase, project risks associated with the Service Delivery Phase, the agreement relating to Asset Management, tenancy management, and additional services in the Service Delivery Phase.
MBM has continued to provide ongoing support to successful bidders including reviews of asset management costs and reviews of construction costs.
