Parramatta Aquatic Leisure Centre

Officially unveiled in the spring of 2023, MBM supported the Parramatta City Council on the $88m Parramatta Aquatic Leisure Centre development.

The Parramatta Aquatic Leisure Centre underwent a comprehensive redevelopment with an extensive scope of deliverables to provide the community with modern and diverse facilities.

The project deliverables included the provision of a ten-lane outdoor 50m pool with side seating to accommodate multidimensional aquatic activities, a dedicated indoor learn to swim pool with adjacent all-abilities water play zone, a club room for swimming and water polo clubs, in addition to a fitness centre, sauna, and spa facilities.

MBM provided a range of quantity surveying services throughout stages 1 and 2 of the development. The scope of services included cost planning, estimating, value management, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender reviews, progress claims, and variation assessments.
