Ramsay Health Care (RHC) Liverpool Private Hospital

In partnership with Akalan Projects, MBM provided quantity surveying services for Ramsay Health Care’s (RHC) Liverpool Private Hospital.

The project comprised of a new tower building with basement car parking, an oncology bunker and treatment space, front of house, back of house, medical imaging, a central sterile supply department, an operating theatre, recovery, pharmacy, pathology, administration and new integrated procedure units, critical care unit, intensive care unit, birthing, and a maternity ward. The scope included the demolition of existing buildings, upgrades to the external site, and road infrastructure services.

MBM provided cost planning services for feasibility studies including a masterplan concept design cost estimate in addition to a cost report and presentation.
